GP ANNOUNCEMENT
- Subscription of current affairs magazine
subscriptions are short term, offered at discounted rates.
those who are keen are strongly encouraged to use your EDUSAVE to pay.
do call the EDUSAVE hotline: 62600777 to ensure that there are sufficient funds.
those with inadequate funds can pay by CASH.
i'm not sure if payment by cheque is allowed. just pay by EDUSAVE or CASH.
submission date for the above: WEDNESDAY 4 FEBRUARY 2009
the magazine vendor will be in the school canteen from tuesday 10 feb to collect everything from me.
- GP field trips
there are 2 of them.
FIRST: Raffles Museum of Biodiversity Research
venue: NUS
date: 13th february 2009
day: friday (those with CCA on this day and wish to go, remember to seek permission from your respective CCA teachers.)
more: its a guided tour and last about an hour. our seniors had it last year and gave positive feedback about it being enriching blah and blah.
cost: FREE! ^^
transport there is provided too. not sure about coming back though.
SECOND: a musical by the toy factory [title: sleepless town (click!)]
venue: Drama Centre Theatre
date: exact date TBC but it's between 27th february and 14th march 2009
cost: not free! :( but its ben subsidised from like $30/$40/$50 to $12 - $16 per pax.
